The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, tailored next-generation architectures. This hands-on role goes beyond blueprint creation, requiring expertise in cloud technologies, domain-specific knowledge, and the ability to drive innovation within a global context.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the solution architecture and design, as well as delivery estimates, and technology projects to coordinate with architects and designers from various disciplines (solution, infrastructure, data/information) to define the most effective solution to business problems, while also leveraging their knowledge of existing systems and services and the capabilities available in the marketplace.
- Work with various business stakeholders to solve problems, create business capabilities, and define effective and efficient technology solutions for solving business problems and enabling business capabilities.
- Utilize broad and deep technical knowledge and skills, covering various hardware, software, platforms, and serverless solutions.
- Develop and implement architectural solutions for complex industry challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design visionary architectures aligned with next-generation requirements.
- Utilize AWS core services and architectural principles to build robust, scalable solutions.
- Partner with global teams and multinational initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT work experience, preferably with 5 or more years in a solution architecture role.
- Advanced and hands-on expertise in architecture, application design, system engineering, and blueprint design.
- Experience in AWS services, including core services and architectural principles.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud and three-cloud strategies. GCP knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with SaaS products and code review using technologies like AngularJS, React, Python, and Java.
- The ability to review GitHub repositories and conduct thorough code reviews is important
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to the vehicle industry or related domains.
- Experience in innovation initiatives, including knowledge of Gen AI and AI/ML proof of concepts (POCs).
